I thought the same thing when this WOD came up again; we just did it. But the Gods of CrossFit like to throw us a wrench once in a while to keep us on our toes. Eric, Mike W., Sean, and Donna all made the Wall of Pain today. Congrats guys!

Sat. 8/23/08 WOD: Row, Turkish Getups, Situps, DB Push-Press
Wow! This workout was a beast. A lot of sweat went into this workout. The Turkish Getups were a first for a lot of people, and I know some people had trouble getting them.

August CrossFit Challenge: Burpees to Box Jumps
We had twelve participants for our first monthly challenge, including first-time CF participants Jen and Alex.
This month’s challenge was to complete as many repetitions in 10 minutes of burpees to box jumps.
Dawn and Michael K. jumped on 20″ boxes for the first time, and Barbara did standard pushups the whole workout for the first time. [...]
